How To Order

To place an order for an item from our site follow these simple steps:

  • Browse through our collections below the slideshow
  • Click on a thumbnail image of an item to bring up the full description
  • Click the "Purchase" link at the top of the page
  • You can then choose to "Continue browsing" or "Proceed to Checkout"
  • Fill in the order form with your details and submit to our secure server

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to advise of any additional delivery charges.

All orders are treated on a first come first served basis.

Your Order

All items are guaranteed at all times to be authentic and to be in accordance with the description provided.

If the item has already been sold we will inform you of this and no charge will be made to your credit card

Items aim to be shipped within one working day of payment received.

Any item found to be unsatisfactory may be returned for a full refund, provided in the same condition as sent (buyer pays return shipping cost).

Most Debit and Credit cards accepted such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Delta etc. We also accept personal cheques, Eurocheques etc. If you wish to pay by methods other than credit card, please enquire at point of order.

UK orders: Items shipped using Royal Mail special delivery 

Overseas orders: Items shipped using Royal Mail international signed and tracked

Trinity Antiques treat all information submitted through this site in the strictest of confidence. We will not pass on your name, email address or details of any purchase to anybody else.

Buying from outside the UK and EU

Current UK and EU legislation requires some archaeological and numismatic items to have export licenses. Where this is applicable we will carry out the procedure at no extra charge. It may take up to 14-21 days for the DCMS to return and approve the application.
